2nd Day of Solo Theatre Fest

Date 14 March , Sunday 2021

Time: 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm

“3 am” (30mins) Choreographed and Performed by Prashant More.

‘3am’ talks about a situation of an insomniac personality. Struggling to sleep or fighting sleeping disorder where the body has given up from tiredness and the mind is in complete control. Lying on the bed with closed eyes, where the mind has check-in for multiple flights. Floating in space like a cloud forgotten a way back home. The hyperactive mind filled with thoughts, ideas and anxiety, running back and forth in the future and past with several voices and choices who wish to expel. The time on the wall has faded away long back and reality is no more relevant. The mind has reached a realm which is now difficult to identify the reality and dream.

The artist aims to portray images from an insomniac state of mind through movements, sometimes real and sometimes surreal.
